This team leads product development initiatives across the entire life cycle—from initial development through commercialization and market expansion—while supporting strategic decision-making and driving business performance.
This position translates customer requirements into structured technical specifications and leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure product development aligns with the company’s overall strategy.
[Key responsibilities]
- Plan, oversee, and execute product development processes and programs
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Marketing, Engineering, and other relevant departments
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues and risks
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Programming, Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in R&D
- Experience managing product development processes
- Strong understanding of design control processes and global regulatory environment
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proficient in English for business communication and meetings with global teams

- Strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of risk management and healthcare product life cycle processes

- Employment Type: Full-time
