We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Strategy Innovation team. The MI&A Manager will uncover actionable insights to guide product development, branding, and market strategy—driving innovation in the fast-evolving energy-based aesthetics market.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
Analyze sales, customer, and market data to uncover opportunities and risks
Create insightful dashboards and reports for senior leadership
Support product roadmap development with customer journey mapping and persona building
Align marketing strategies with business goals by integrating data and insights
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Stay up to date on analytics tools and methodologies, and implement best practices
🔍 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (MBA or MS preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical aesthetics/devices/tech
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in global teams
